Worked directly with the CEO of Optimist to convert a 40,000 sq. foot warehouse to fit the needs of the companies various functions. Half the warehouse was segmented into film studios complete with cyc walls & green screen treatments, while the other half was dedicated to the agency's office needs with open working spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen, workshop & storage facility. Playing off the agency's brand aesthetic, the interior set a stark contrast of white surfaces with black monolithic structures & accents set within.
